Cut Loose a Lake Tahoe Hair Salon – Jon and Judy Wallace have owned Cut Loose for over 12 years and have been Paul Mitchell Educators together for 20 years. They have traveled extensively all over the country to teach other stylists the Paul Mitchell secrets of beautiful and cutting edge hair styles and hair color.
